All fees reflect the VAST TMA fee, the VAST $20 grooming surcharge,

$14 North Country Mountaineers Club Dues and $1 Orleans County Dues.

Resident:

A Vermont resident is anyone that lives more than six months a year in Vermont, receives their mail in Vermont and holds a valid Vermont driver’s license.

A resident must present a valid copy of their Vermont Resident snowmobile registration to show proof of registration and ownership in order to buy a Resident TMA.

 


Non-Resident Property Owner

A non-resident who owns property and pays Vermont Property Tax in Vermont is eligible to purchase a Resident TMA for snowmobiles owned and registered in their names. Prior to issuing a resident decal, they must provide the following:

Copy of their current Vermont tax bill.

Copy of their current Vermont snowmobile registration.


Non-Resident

Anyone that is not a resident of Vermont or a Vermont resident that elects to register their snowmobile in another state, not Vermont, must purchase a Non-Resident TMA. The following must be provided:

Valid copy of their current snowmobile registration, state or provincial, or,

Valid copy of a Non-Resident Vermont snowmobile registration.
